徵才內容
升遷制度
主管定期針對同仁進行績效檢視與改善檢討,並設定目標;績效評核的結果將成為同仁晉升與調薪之依據。年終績效評核則視同仁之績效達成或考核結果而異,由最高主管最後核定基數。
